Born in Mexico City. Graduated at the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico as Attorney al Law, with Postgrad in Corporate Law, specialized in corporate law, immigration, contracts, mergers, spinoffs, acquisitions, foreign investment. Her experience of more than 28 ears, includes counsel and advisory activities with European, American and Japanese companies and teaching activities at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico.
