Born in Mexico City. Graduated at Universidad Anahuac (Attorney at Law, 1980). Postgraduate in Tax Law at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Special studies in Universities in the United States. For 10 years he was Professor of Administrative Law as well as Constitutional Trial (Amparo) (Universidad Anahuac). Member of the Mexican Bar (Barra Mexicana de Abogados) and Access Nafta. Member of the Board and Secretary of several companies. Throughout his professional activities he has been legal advisor of various associations in the industrial and commercial fields such as the Mexican Coffee Industry, McDonald's franchisees, Ford, Mercedes Benz, Honda, Volvo dealers associations as well as their companies, and also acted as legal advisor to the Mexican Association of Automotive Dealers (AMDA). He actively participates in associations connected with social assistance and ecology.
